My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Baton Rouge, but there were some issues with the rooms not being as clean as expected and missing some amenities. The service was a mix of unhelpful and friendly, with some staff going the extra mile while others fell short. The dining experience was lacking, with limited options and inconveniences like having to fetch utensils. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

Additionally, the distance of at least 15-20 minutes from major attractions could be an inconvenience that requires communication with management.
